Our application process in a nutshell.
The applications received are screened and a shortlist is drawn up.
During an approx. 60-minute interview to get to know each other, we focus on the person themselves, their skills, experience and motivation.
During a live interview at one of our locations, we have a focused discussion about professional know-how, expertise and possible development paths.
During a short final meeting with our entire management team, we clarify the remaining details and initial deployment options.
